NYCE.Logic is a division of Extenda Retail whose success lies in its specialized competence of the Warehouse Management domain. We have been doing this for over twenty years, and we are a mid-market leader in the provision of WMS technology and consulting for 3PLs, retailers and pharmacy chains across Scandinavia.

About the role:

We are looking for a Client Executive with focus on new sales to establish Extenda Retail as a strategic vendor and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. As Client Executive you will have the overall responsibility of the business relationship aiming to drive business growth and coordinate sales activities by acquiring new clients in the segment of e-commerce, 3rd party logistics and Retail.

You will get the opportunity to capitalize on the momentum in Sweden and help develop NYCE from its current state to the next level. You will take part in transforming the value proposition for scalability as we are making the product available for cloud delivery. Part of your mission is to create synergies within Extenda Retail to further develop the existing client portfolio through sales activities. Looking forward, the ambition to expand the operations to an international reach on the European market.

  • To further strengthen Extenda Retail position within the segment of 3PL and Retail where we are currently working with international market leading brands
  • Create strategic business opportunities within the Swedish and European market
  • Prospecting and network to build trusted relationships with C-level management within target organizations that operate on the international market.
  • Understand the client needs in their current state, what’s driving them to seek development in their infrastructure and positioning Extenda Retail as a strategic vendor.
  • Maintain relationships with clients at all levels from user to executive, and align Extenda Retail’s resources to the client’s organization accordingly.
  • Drive sales and develop new opportunities as we are moving the arena from small-medium to further focus medium-large clients and ultimately the goal is to accelerate the NYCE business.

Your profile:

  • A value-based approach to selling solutions: works with internal resources to produce a high relevant, compelling and differentiated value proposition
  • Self motivated; high energy and endurance to keep focus and drive long and complex sales cycles
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cooperation skills to allocate the right resources in order to drive activities forward
  • Independent judgement to set the right expectations for the client and execute on opportunity management
  • Understanding of how to differentiate between what a customer “wants” and “needs” in order to positionate yourself as trusted advisor for the client
  • Ability to multi task and separate between strategic and tactical requirements to influence on the outcome of a sales process accordingly
  • An understanding of the industry drivers and the competitor landscape

Your background

  • Experience of winning complex application software sales opportunities and a proven track-record of from processing and establishing new sales activities.
  • 5+  years of experience from one or more of the following domains:
    • Warehouse Management Systems
    • 3PL
    • Logistic providers
    • Supply chain execution
  • University Degree
  • Excellent Swedish and English written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience of Sales forecasting and P&L responsibility
  • Experience of working with CRM systems; preferably
