The role as 2nd Line Support at Extenda Retail

In the role as 2nd Line Support at Extenda Retail you will face the harder incidents to crack as the majority of the cases are sorted by the clients own IT-department or a partner. But when it comes to more critical matters, you and your colleagues takes on the task. You continue the troubleshooting and help each other to find the solution. You will mainly work with troubleshooting of our software, but a great part will also include administration and documenting. Your employment will start with a learning period where you will educate yourself in our software and products.

Prioritize and find solutions on incoming matters
Go through log files and troubleshoot incidents
Produce documentation and instructions to customer or internal manuals to clients

Higher degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
Great knowledge of SQL
Swedish and English in both verbal and writing
It’s meritorious if you have previous experience of working in service or support and have some programming knowledge.
For this position we provide you with the opportunity to choose your preferred location between our Stockholm office (HQ) and our office in Gothenburg.
