In the role as Solution Manager you will:

As a Solution Manager for one of our pharmaceutical clients you will be given a central role and work in close collaboration with both Support, Application Management and Service Delivery Manager as well as Project Manager and Key Account Manager. You will have an overall responsibility of the operational delivery to ensure that its delivered according to agreement, custom processes and routines as well as on the Service-level agreement.

You will also work proactively to improve delivery and  goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coordinate and administrate service requests from the customer
  • Managing 3rd line support and incidents by collecting input from Application Management
  • Coordinate activities with operational partner and third party supplier of ongoing deliveries
  • Ensure that technical and system documentation is updated and available in right place
  • Coordinate and generate suggestions for changes and coordinate changes of the system aligned with ITIL Change Management
  • Review the quality of what’s put in operation and what affects the service delivery. Together with customer you approve changes for the installation (project transfer, CAB).
  • Participate and prepare in workshop with customer regarding activities about operation, application management and support .

This role will offer you a broad set of various activities where you are expected to learn about Extenda Retails product and customer solutions. You will participate in improving the internal processes and routines of the department with the aim to further develop Extenda Retails proposition.

We think you are

We think that you have several years of experience from operational services, support, incident or development of IT-solutions preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Extenda Retail uses ITIL and we therefore see that you are well-versed with the practice and successfully managed delivery to customer using ITIL.

You are a driven and goal oriented individual dedicated to make both profit on business but also complex IT-solutions. You thrive in a leading position where you coordinate team members to meet client’s expectation. It’s is also important that you have a sound technical understanding, together with an interest of streamlining, optimizing and further improvement of service deliverance. You are also used to take responsibility and lead discussions on technical matters.

Requirements


  • Several years of experience within the IT industry
  • Experience of working with service delivery to external customers
  • University degree or higher education in technical field
  • Knowledge of ITIL, preferably with certification of relevance
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish

Meritorious


  • Experience of working in support
  • Experience of the retail business, preferably from pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of processes related to purchase, storage and logistics.
