We are looking for a client executive with the purpose of establishing Extenda Retail as a strategic vendor and to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. As a client executive you have the overall responsibility of the business relationship with client where your aim is to drive business development and coordinate sales activities as well as managing the sales process.
In the role as Client Executive you will support and execute opportunity management and account management. This includes developing a deep understanding of the client business and organization to drive high quality in our engagements and give business direction. We therefore see that you have sound technical understanding with capability to learn our products combined with strong drive for business development and sales.
Accountable for all revenue and profit with the client as well as customer satisfaction.
Coordinate and drive business development by identifying new opportunities.
Manage complex contract negotiations, ensure all customer expectations and contract commitments are managed and delivered upon.
Monitor and provide timely and accurate forecast of sales opportunities and pipeline management.
Coordinate and drive business development by identifying new opportunities in client’s business and managing the development process.

We think that you are a motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. We also think that you are structured with the ability to prioritize tasks together with the ability to take lead in sales activities.
In this role you will primarily be in contact with persons across C level of client environment and it is therefore important that you have a proven track record of success in negotiation with cooperation executives. It is important that you can look at the business from a holistic view and understand how every segment plays a part in the complete business view.
Required Skills and Experience
Higher degree of education in business and administration, engineering or similar.
Experience from client executive role or similar, preferably with software products or from the retail industry.
Business acumen and goal oriented.
Endurance and used to work in long lasting processes and long-term selling cycles
To be attentive and keeping yourself updated about trends and the development in the retail industry.
Curious personality and enjoys working in close contact with client.
That you are a skilled communicator with the ability to tailor the message depending on the audience.
This position is located in Skøyen, Oslo and will report to Sales Manager.
