The role as Sales Operations Coordinator
As a Sales Operation Coordinator you will function as a link between the sales and finance department by coordinating sales operations and monitoring quality. You will work in close collaboration with customer teams and participate in meetings and customer interactions. Your main task is to make sure that activities are performed as agreed upon in relation to timeline and budget specification.
In the role as Sales Operations Coordinator you follow up sales processes and reports. As part of the role you will be responsible for contract configuration by monitoring ERP and CRM to make sure we're updated with the right price per customer as well as coordinating the order backlog. You will also work with both update and maintenance of the product register with responsibility in managing orders in project management software before invoice.
Support the sales organisation in proceedings of agreed processes and coordinate sales operations between finance and commercial
Monitor quality and notify on identified shortcomings to evaluate the sales organisation by ensuring right revenue. Also validate and assure that no invoice goes missing.
Ensure that invoice data from month to month is managed according to timeline and forwarded to the Finance department for invoicing.
Manage tasks for implemented processes and routines to ensure quality and implementation of tasks.
Work in close collaboration to all customer teams and participate in meetings when needed.

Basic-level higher education in economics
