Senior Consultant to Customer Cloud & Analytics
Customer Cloud & Analytics manage and develop the loyalty product portfolio within Extenda Retail that aim at personalizing and automating communication and offers to our clients end-customers.
As a Senior Consultant in the Customer Cloud & Analytics team you will be advising our clients with your expertise within marketing communication and loyalty services. This is a broad role where you need a proactive mindset to help our clients in all phases of the client lifecycle. You will be a valuable resource helping customers implement our solutions, but also assist in process development and change management. Your aim is to continuously improve and strengthen our clients market strategy in order to exceed the customer experience.
This is a client facing role where you will also take part in presenting our solutions and support our commercial department with marketing and sales activities by managing client proposals. In order to be successful in your role it is important that you understand the client needs with the ability to transform their needs into actionable solutions for value-adding activities. As you work in close collaboration with our clients some travelling will be expected. A majority of our clients are based in Sweden but as our ambition is to scale our activities for a European and global presence we hope that you find motivation in the opportunity to work internationally.
