Senior Consultant to Customer Cloud & Analytics

Customer Cloud & Analytics manage and develop the loyalty product portfolio within Extenda Retail that aim at personalizing and automating communication and offers to our clients end-customers. 

As a Senior Consultant in the Customer Cloud & Analytics team you will be advising our clients with your expertise within marketing communication and loyalty services. This is a broad role where you need a proactive mindset to help our clients in all phases of the client lifecycle. You will be a valuable resource helping customers implement our solutions, but also assist in process development and change management. Your aim is to continuously improve and strengthen our clients market strategy in order to exceed the customer experience.

This is a client facing role where you will also take part in presenting our solutions and support our commercial department with marketing and sales activities by managing client proposals. In order to be successful in your role it is important that you understand the client needs with the ability to transform their needs into actionable solutions for value-adding activities. As you work in close collaboration with our clients some travelling will be expected. A majority of our clients are based in Sweden but as our ambition is to scale our activities for a European and global presence we hope that you find motivation in the opportunity to work internationally.

Tasks and responsibilities:

This is a role where no day looks the same and where your daily tasks can vary, here is a scoop of your different responsibilities:

  • Take part and lead projects that stretches from IT to business development activities.
  • Consult our clients on the ability of our solutions and the potential of using collected data to create value proposals and greater user experience for the customer
  • Organize meetings and workshops and document on results
  • Analyze customer needs and translate the information into actionable solutions
  • Work in close collaboration with our clients with responsibility for our solutions and follow up so it works as planned for the end-user.
  • Take part in sales meetings by presententing the value of our application and demonstrate the functionality to client
  • Collaborate with the development team by producing requirements in order to develop the application.

We think that you enjoy working in a dynamic environment in the interface between marketing and IT. That you find energy from working in a broad role and has the ability to communicate with different levels of seniority and expertise, from management to technical specialists.We also think that you are a team-player with a strong personal drive to both work independently as well as setting the pace for a team.

You possibly have a background from retail or marketing with a passion for technology. Or perhaps you come from a technical background where your interest lies in CRM, loyalty programmes or business intelligence.

You are willing to take a stand for what you believe in and can tailor the message based upon your audience. You have a competitive mind and find motivation in solving difficult tasks. We also think that you dare to challenge both clients and colleagues aiming for the best solution in mind.

Professional Experience and Qualifications

  • Higher degree of education, preferably within engineering or IT
  • Experience from working with sales and/or as management consultant
  • Sound technological understanding
  • Deep knowledge of the retail market
  • Experience of working with Business Intelligence
  • Interest and understanding of marketing activities
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing
  • Fluent in Swedish, both verbal and in writing
