ExtendaGO is a line of business within Extenda Retail working within the SME segment. ExtendaGO delivers cloud based SW for retailers with rapid delivery and/or self service solutions.  

We are looking for a Solution Sales Executive

We are looking for a Solution Sales Executive with the purpose of establishing ExtendaGO as a strategic vendor to the SME segment in Sweden. As a Solution Sales Executive you have the overall responsibility of the business relationship with client and partners where your aim is to drive business development. You will coordinate sales activities and manage the sales process with the attempt to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

As you will work actively to drive sales and acquire new clients to establish ExtendaGo on the Swedish market you will execute opportunity management aiming to drive high quality engagement. This includes a general understanding of the client business together a thorough understanding of the sales process as you will lead the customer journey from lead identification to customer success management. We therefore see that you have sound technical understanding with capability to learn our products combined with strong drive for business development and sales.


  • Accountable for all revenue and profit with the clients in Sweden and other areas of responsibility, as well as customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and drive business development by identifying new opportunities.
  • Follow up opportunities based on leads from our marketing department and digital sales channels. 
  • Convert customer leads to client
  • Manage contract negotiations, ensure all customer expectations and contract commitments are managed and delivered upon.
  • Identify, develop and establish relationship with strategic partners to increase solution and sales opportunities
  • Monitor and provide timely and accurate forecasts of sales opportunities and pipeline management.
  • Coordinate and drive business development by identifying opportunities and drive sales activities
  • Collaborate internally with delivery team to ensure a successful delivery

Required Skills and Experience

  • Higher degree of education in business and administration, engineering or similar.
  • Experience from a solution sales role or similar, preferably with software products or from the retail industry.
  • Business acumen and goal oriented.
  • Endurance and used to work in long lasting relations with clients
  • To be attentive and keeping yourself updated about trends and the development in the retail industry.
  • Curious personality who enjoys working in close contact with clients to positionate yourself as trusted advisor.
  • That you are a skilled communicator with the ability to tailor the message depending on the audience. 


This position is located in Stockholm or Gothenburg and will report to the Line of business Manager.
