A unique opportunity to drive marketing activities and paving the way for business as we enter new markets

In the role as Marketing Specialist you will be at the heart of the action, building our brand to establish the company as the leading provider of software within retail worldwide. The role gives you a unique opportunity to fuel the marketing team by focusing on two of our brands operating within the in-store and supply chain market.

Your mission is to plan, craft and deliver marketing activities for our cloud-based POS and WMS solutions, with the purpose of building the brands, creating great collateral to help drive demand, and working closely as a business partner with the Commercial function. You will be part of the marketing team focusing on marketing automation, campaign management, creating content, managing website updates and social media marketing to communicate the brands. All in all, a great opportunity where you get a chance to set your footprints in a company with global ambitions.   

Your main responsibilities are:

  • To make sure our message platform gets transformed into continuous brand building communications and lead generating campaigns
  • Responsible for developing and filling our social media channels with relevant content
  • Creating, managing, executing and following up campaigns. You will manage campaign analysis and follow up results in cooperation with the digital marketing team
  • Together with our webmaster make sure we have web content supporting our continuous communication and campaigns
  • Cooperate with our communication and content manager in creation for all kinds of channels and purposes, such as: mailings, webinars, videos, customer success stories, website etc
  • You will also take photos, edit still images, coordinate events, support sales teams with presentations and assist in website management

To be successful in this role you have experience from:

  • A similar position from an inhouse marketing department or an advertising/PR agency
  • Creating inspiring content that engage the audience
  • Excellent writing skills in both English (native a plus) and Swedish or Norwegian

We would also like you to have:

  • A higher education within the field of marketing and/or communication
  • Experience from working with B2B tech communication
  • Worked with CRM, Marketing Automation and web. (We work in Salesforce, Pardot and Wordpress)
  • Understanding of working with social media
  • Ability to create graphic design, for eg Indesign/Photoshop/Illustrator
  • Good at SEO-optimizing content

It would also be great if you:

  • Experience from the software- and/or retail industry
  • Know Google Analytics
  • Have social media and/or Google Ads experience
