What We Do In Sales
In the Sales team we are responsible for the commercial part of the company. Our job is to drive revenue, increase the value for our clients, sell our new products and establish Extenda Retail as a strategic vendor. In order to achieve this, we have continuous dialogues with our clients to understand their needs and what we can offer them over time to enhance the client journey and ensure client satisfaction. We always aim to offer our clients the most cost-effective, efficient, optimal and updated solutions. In order to act as trusted advisors, each Client Executive manages their own portfolio of clients which allow them to become experts in meeting their clients’ specific needs, developing strong relationships and empowering them to go further.
How We Do It
In Sales we have good communication and dynamics. We have continuous internal meetings where we support each other, share knowledge and our achievements to become even better at our job. The Sales team has a central role in the organization and collaborates with all the other teams within the company. Initially, we work closely with Professional Services since they estimate the costs for deliveries and ultimately implement the products to the clients. We also work closely with Engineering in order to stay informed about the progress of the product development and thus gain a clear understanding of which products are ready to enter the market. Additionally, we cooperate closely with Marketing to get their help with campaigns, events and product releases, and with Legal regarding counseling and support when making contracts for clients. Since all our clients and colleagues we interact with are located in various countries, we work cross-borders on a daily basis.
