Stockholm Office (HQ)
Our Stockholm office is the headquarters of Extenda Retail and is located in Solna, Frösunda. We moved into this newly built and top modern office in 2020. We are about 120 colleagues based in the Stockholm office and here you find people working in all departments of Extenda Retail. In the neighborhood we have several restaurants, cafe's and a grocery store. Mall of Scandinavia and Friends Arena is within a walking distance and offers all imaginable service and a great selection of restaurants and shopping.
Meet Our Office Coordinator, Fanny
Fanny is a familiar face for all colleagues based in our Stockholm office. Whenever you have a question regarding something connected to the office, such as social events, fire drills or where the defibrillator is located - Fanny has the answer. Besides answering all our questions, our office coordinators ensure we have a good and safe working environment with social gatherings, as well as set routines and processes for a smoother every day in high-class sustainable offices with trust, care and innovation in mind.

We have a friendly and welcoming atmosphere where we hang out as one company in the social areas.
What makes the Stockholm Office special?
The best thing about the office is that you will meet a lot of amazing people with different backgrounds and experiences and that you get to spend time with them, both in work-related matters but also on our yoga sessions, gym workouts, or the social events that we have at least once a month.
What lunch restaurant is your go-to?
We have a really good restaurant at the building and most people that will buy lunch, brings a plate from us and go downstairs and buy it, but they will always bring it upstairs to eat in our lunch area together with their colleagues. If you want to eat somewhere else, I could definitely recommend the restaurant "K-märkt" a few minutes away from the office.
