We are looking for an Application Consultant to us at Extenda Retail where you will work close to the client's environment and function as an expert on the retail process by guiding our clients on the capacity of our product. In the role as Application Consultant you will collaborate with the client to analyze their needs and translate them into functional requirements.

You will be part of a cross-functional team where you provide the development teams with user stories, acceptance criteria and assist in translating functional requirements into test automation tools and manual test scripts . Part of your mission will be on refining client requirements into technical specifications for implementation into the blueprint of the solution.

You work close to the client’s environment by both installing our product, trouble-shooting and verifying solutions as well as interacting with the client through meetings and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients in our standard product and function as specialist on retail processes
• Perform testing (manual and automated) of the solution to ensure that it works in line according to expectation and requirements
• Install, troubleshoot and change parameters in order to ensure full functionality and quality of the solution
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria
• Promote Extenda Retails capabilities to clients and identify sales opportunities
• Support design, development and testing.
• Interact with clients through meetings and workshops to translate client business needs into detailed functional requirements for the developers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to maintain a strong client relationship as we support them to optimize and elevate their business through a seamless customer experience

Required Skills And Experience

• Degree in Computer science, IT, system development or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent in Swedish, both verbal and writing
• Excellent language skills in written and spoken English
• Highly developed social competence and pedagogical & presentation skills
• Basic programming understanding
• Experience from testing and quality assurance
