In the Professional Services team, we are experts in our applications, in retail and in the best practice processes of implementing retail solutions. Our main purpose is to bridge the gap between our products and our clients. We aim to always create value and deliver the best possible services for our clients, which includes doing:
- Successful implementation and configuration services
- Integration consulting - ensuring successful end-to-end integrations
- Retail advisory and consulting services
- Training and onboarding of new services and features
For us in the Professional Services team it is important to ensure client satisfaction by maximizing the use of our product. Therefore we also customize solutions and make sure our clients get the latest updates and reach full potential in the use of our products.
How We Do It
In Professional Services we work in dedicated clients teams where you function as an expert in your client's business, processes and needs. We offer solutions in different segments of retail, such as grocery, fashion, pharmacy, warehouse management, and logistics. Therefore we have a broad variety of clients who need various amounts of time from us.
We favor a modern way of working with an agile approach where we integrate the clients early in the process and focus on delivering value from an early stage. We have cross functional teams that consist of Product Owners, Client Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, Application Consultants, Software Engineers and Quality Assurance Engineers. Depending on the role you have, you might interact with Engineering, Product Strategy, Sales, Marketing and/or Client Services. In the Professional Services team we also work closely with our near-shore and off-shore teams, our partners Capgemini and Stefanini.
