Marketing Lead
Are you a driven and versatile marketer who enjoys turning ideas into measurable results? We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to help shape and execute our marketing activities across the Nordic countries and Benelux, driving awareness, engagement, and business growth for our software and WMS solutions.
This is a broad, hands-on role where you’ll work across the full marketing cycle — from planning and creative development to execution and analysis. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and digital teams to ensure our marketing initiatives connect strategy to impact.

What you'll do
- Plan and execute regional marketing activities that align with company goals and drive business results.
- Support the digital marketing agenda by leading content planning and creation (white papers, newsletters, blogs, social media posts, and thought-leadership content) and by managing and optimizing Meta and LinkedIn campaigns to strengthen our brand and generate quality leads.
- Coordinate and deliver integrated campaigns - combining digital, event, and content marketing to reach key audiences.
- Manage multiple projects and markets simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and external agencies to deliver consistent and compelling messaging.
- Organize and manage events such as conferences, webinars, and customer meetings to enhance brand presence.
- Track performance and analyze outcomes, turning insights into recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for engagement.
Who you are
- A well-rounded marketer who understands how strategy, creativity, and execution connect to deliver results and how to turn activity into leads.
- Experienced in coordinating multiple markets or stakeholders, ideally in an international or agency environment.
- Experienced in developing and executing lead generation programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively and manage diverse priorities.
- Analytical and results-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing several initiatives at once.
- Curious and eager to learn, test, and grow within a fast-moving marketing team.
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Around 5 years of experience in B2B marketing — preferably within SaaS, tech, or agency settings.
- Proven experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Familiar with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and performance tracking.
- Excellent written and spoken English, Swedish is a plus
- Willingness to travel within Europe for events and marketing activities.

Recruitment Process
Introductory Phone Call
After reviewing your application, we will invite you to a phone screen with HR if we think your profile looks interesting for the position.
First Interview
Usually you will meet the hiring manager, the person you will report to, for the first interview. The interview can both be performed physically and virtually.
Second Interview
For the second interview you usually meet someone within your potencial future team.
Assessment
Before this session you will get an email with a link to two tests, one personality test and one logical thinking test. During this session with HR, you will have an open dialouge about your result in the tests.
Reference Check
We would like to talk to 2 - 3 references. At least 1 of these should be an earlier manager to you.
