IT Support Specialist

We're looking for a versatile IT professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist based in our Head Office in Stockholm. This is a role with global impact and is perfect for someone who enjoys providing top-tier support to users while also contributing to the development and management of our cloud infrastructure. We are currently a team of five people with a high level of expertise in a range of IT areas. You'll be a key contributor in ensuring our Global IT operations, with opportunities to grow your skills in both support and cloud technologies. You will have the chance to work closely with our security team and learn best practices for building a strong, ISO27001 compliant infrastructure. You will also be challenged in providing support for Enterprise Business IT solutions, as the team works closely with the Business Information Solution team who is responsible for the ERP, Data/BI, CRM, Developer productivity tooling etc.
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional IT support to all company users, managing the IT service desk, and delivering on-site support for our Stockholm office. Analyzing and prioritizing incidents to ensure quick and effective resolution, using emotional intelligence to understand the business impact of IT issues and communicating clearly with stakeholders
- Maintaining and managing office IT functions in Stockholm, local support including conference rooms, digital screens, and devices
- Contributing to the development, implementation, and troubleshooting of various IT services and functions, with a focus on Microsoft Azure services.
- Administering Entra ID to manage identities and access for internal and external users. Administrating Intune to manage and secure client devices, ensuring compliance with company security policies Working with Azure platform services like Sentinel and Defender to monitor and protect identities and client endpoints.
- Contribute to critical operations, such as for cloud/on-premises server and network infrastructure. Participating in the automation and continuous improvement of our cloud deployment and operations processes.
How will your first 3-6 months look like?
The first few months will be focused on IT support, where you will be faced with a wide range of tasks and challenges that will help you understand the concept of our infrastructure and the company. Once you feel more comfortable working in the team and have gained skills, you will be able to join and lead the technical troubleshooting, development and implementation of various IT services or functions that the company needs.

What we are looking for:
We are seeking a motivated IT professional with a couple of years of experience in IT technologies and support, possessing a strong understanding of IT operations. The ideal candidate will be familiar with relevant platforms and software, demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and proactive problem-solving skills, and communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal). A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to outstanding service is essential. This role requires the ability to analyze and prioritize incidents effectively, make business-aligned decisions, and perform well under pressure. Experience managing Microsoft Intune and Entra ID is required, along with knowledge of automation tools and scripting (e.g., Azure CLI, PowerShell, Terraform) and modern device management principles. A passion for cloud technologies, a collaborative spirit, and strong organizational skills are highly valued.
