About the role
We are looking for a Client Delivery Manager to ensure the successful delivery of our HiiRetail and other POS solutions to our international clients. In this role, you will be pivotal in planning, coordinating, and overseeing complex software implementations. This is an on-site role located in Waardenburg, Netherlands.
What You'll Work On
- Manage the overall client delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and Extenda Retail's delivery methodology.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for service delivery aspects of the engagement. Develop and execute service up-sales, proactively supporting new product sales to enhance client solutions.
- Plan and coordinate deliveries across multiple functions and organizations, both locally and globally, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
- Monitor and manage project financials, schedules, and scope to ensure deliveries stay on track and within budget. Identify and mitigate risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate and lead status meetings with teams, sponsors, and stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project progress. Continuously improve ways of working, fostering a collaborative, open, and transparent environment that promotes innovation and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within a product-centric, agile environment. Experience with cloud-based software deliveries is highly advantageous; a background in a professional services/consulting organization is preferred.
- Knowledge of IT software delivery and SaaS solutions, with certified knowledge and experience of at least one formal project management methodology; familiarity with Agile methodologies for software delivery is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written. You possess clear and compelling communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership skills, including technical, commercial, and interpersonal abilities. You have a highly analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

- Stage 4: Meet with the Hiring Manager for an interview, where we'll delve into your client delivery experience, relationship management skills, project planning abilities, risk management expertise, process improvement capabilities, and software delivery knowledge.
- Stage 5: Complete a work sample to demonstrate your project management and analytical skills.
- Stage 6: Provide references for a reference check.
