About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Solution Consultant to join our team in s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands, working from our office. As a Solution Consultant, you will bridge the gap between technology and business, presenting our nyce.logic WMS software solution to prospective and existing customers. Your role is crucial in driving customer satisfaction and supporting our sales efforts, making a significant impact on our continued success.

What You'll Work On

• Assist the Sales team in qualifying leads, conducting discovery, and building compelling value propositions.
• Contribute to the sales process by responding to RFIs and RFPs with well-articulated and persuasive proposals.
• Engage in client discussions to develop and deliver high-quality presentations and product demos that showcase the benefits of our solutions.
• Articulate the future direction and roadmap of our products, providing insights into overall solutions and their potential impact.
• Present Extenda Retail's software solutions, including advanced product concepts, future direction, and integrations with complementary third-party products.
• Support the Marketing team in launching new initiatives, campaigns, and educational programs by providing industry and product expertise.
• Ensure a smooth handover from pre-sales to the Professional Services organization after successful wins, securing quality in software deployment.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in warehousing, 3PL, Management Consulting (supply chain/logistics/warehousing), or WMS software is highly valued.
• Minimum of 2 years of pre-sales or WMS consultant experience.
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in both business and technical contexts.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging solution demos that highlight the business impact of our solutions.
• Structured, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing (Required).

Our Hiring Process

• Stage 1: Psychometric Assessments: You'll complete a personality test and a logic/reasoning test to help us understand your strengths.
• Stage 2: TA Interview: This interview will assess your presentation and communication skills, as well as your planning abilities.
• Stage 3: HM Interview: This interview will focus on your solution selling skills, product management experience, understanding of third-party integrations, subject matter expertise, and technical knowledge of software solutions. You'll also present a work sample to demonstrate your analytical skills, business acumen, and problem-solving abilities.
• Stage 4: Work Sample Presentation: You will present a work sample to demonstrate your skills in RFI/RFP response, value proposition creation, product roadmap development, and marketing support.
